Pricing
A clear framework.
Including the price.
Here you will find hourly and daily rates, as well as price ranges for typical tasks. The specific scope and binding price are set out in your quote before work begins.
Project prices by service
These are ranges, not fixed prices; the exact amount is stated in the quote. Where a price starts with “from”, the scope varies too much to give an upper limit.
| Scope | Price range |
|---|---|
| One page, all the essentials Contact details, services and directions on one page | €900 to €1,600 |
| Business website around five to eight subpages | €1,800 to €3,500 |
| More extensive Content management, booking, multiple languages | from €3,500 |
| Maintenance & updates ongoing, cancellable monthly | from €25 / month |
| Scope | Price range |
|---|---|
| A tool for one purpose Automation, analysis, conversion | €800 to €2,500 |
| Application with a database Data entry, administration, multiple users | from €4,000 |
| Adjustments & support ongoing, cancellable monthly | from €40 / hour |
| Scope | Price range |
|---|---|

| Maintenance & store upkeep ongoing, cancellable monthly | from €45 / month |
| Scope | Price range |
|---|---|
| Integration or service Data exchange, automation | €1,200 to €4,000 |
| Server setup Installation, security configuration, handover | €450 to €1,500 |
| Management & monitoring ongoing, cancellable monthly | from €45 / month |
| Scope | Price range |
|---|---|
| Time and materials billed in 15-minute increments | from €40 / hour |
| Daily rate from one full consecutive working day | from €300 / day |
Hourly and daily rates
Billed in 15-minute increments. This covers smaller tasks, troubleshooting, advice and adjustments.
From one consecutive 8-hour working day. Equivalent to €37.50 per hour.
Small tasks are billed for the actual time spent. For a project, we agree a scope and fixed price. This lets you decide in advance which billing approach suits your task.
Reduced rates for associations and non-profit organisations
Those working as volunteers should not pay the same for technology as a business that uses it to earn revenue.
Instead of €40. Also billed in 15-minute increments. Daily rate €225 for 8 hours.
The same discount applies to the project price ranges above. A €2,000 project therefore costs €1,500.
The two cannot be combined: either the reduced hourly rate or the project price discount applies, depending on the billing method. I calculate which is more favourable for you and state it in the quote.
Who qualifies
- registered associations
- non-profit bodies with a tax exemption certificate
- foundations and religious organisations
- volunteer fire brigades, rescue services and aid organisations
- schools, nurseries and their support associations
A tax exemption certificate, register extract or articles of association. I only need to see it; I do not keep a copy.
Where the limit lies
Commercial activities operated by an association, such as a shop, catering or perimeter advertising, are not included. The standard rate applies to these.
The discount does not change the work. The same care, deadlines and warranty obligations apply. Only the invoice changes.
With and without VAT: an example
The comparison assumes the same price before VAT. What you actually pay depends on the individual quotes and your right to deduct input VAT.
| Your situation | Provider charging VAT | With me | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Customer without input VAT deduction not entitled to deduct input VAT | €2,380Cost including VAT | €2,000 | − 380 €15.97% less |
| Customer with full input VAT deduction for the service being compared | €2,380You reclaim €380 | €2,000 | no difference |
What the percentage means
19% is added to the base price. The €380 difference equals 15.97% of the comparison amount of €2,380. With full input VAT deduction, the cost is €2,000 in both cases. This example does not represent a general saving compared with other quotes.
What your quote contains
As a small business under section 19 UStG, I do not charge or show VAT. The written quote states the agreed scope, the amount payable and the payment terms. This lets you compare quotes for the same service.
What increases or reduces the price
Reduces the cost
- Copy, images and data are ready
- One person in your organisation makes decisions, rather than a committee
- The workflow can be clearly described before development begins
- An initial working version is sufficient to start with
- No fixed deadline that overrides everything else
Increases the cost
- Connecting to existing systems without documentation
- Migrating data from inconsistent collections built up over time
- Coordinating multiple people and approval stages
- Requirements that change during implementation
- A fixed deadline that takes priority over everything else

From a price range to a binding quote
All amounts are non-binding estimates to help you assess whether we are a good fit. Only what is set out in a written quote is binding. As a small business under section 19 UStG, I do not charge or show VAT.
